My Story
Originally from Philadelphia, I moved to Chicago in 2014 to pursue my passion for improv comedy. Over the years I’ve taken classes and performed in shows everywhere from The Second City, iO, Annoyance, Stage 773, Comedy Sportz, Batsu, Green House Theater, Public House Theatre, Bughouse Theater, Gorilla Tango, and CIC. For 7 years, me and my best friend and comedy partner Chris Vellucci produced and starred in our own show “Chris & Matt” out of the studio theaters at The Second City.
Over the course of 2020 I realized that while comedy and improv will always be my first love, screen acting is what I truly want to do. In 2022 I signed with NV Talent and have since been chasing the dream of becoming a full time working screen actor.
